Dr. Label received his Bachelor of Arts with high honors in the University of Texas at Austin. After a year of graduate school at the University of Texas at Austin, where he researched and taught neurobiology, he graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and went on to complete his studies in Internal Medicine and Neurology at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
His residency was followed by a Clinical Neuromuscular Fellowship at the USC Neuromuscular Center. He was promoted to Clinical Professor of Neurology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA in 2010 and has served as a teaching physician at the UCLA Neurology Resident Clinic. He obtained a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management in 1998 from California Lutheran University.
Dr. Label’s expertise in neurology has been demonstrated by his contributions to numerous publications, books, and presentations. His areas of expertise include headaches, dementia, nerve and muscle diseases, head injuries, attention deficit disorder, seizures, and stroke.
